With The Utmost Care

So delicate, artless and innocent as a fresh summer daisy barely bloomed. My knees shiver and knock as the stalk bends under the summer breeze when you quietly whisper in my ear. Your kiss frightens me as much as it delights me. Wide eyes quake like the shivering petals under your unfaltering gaze, the burning of the sun.

So scorching sometimes...I get lost in the expanse of the sky above and the dirt beneath. Unsteady and unsure...
