And I'm So Non Conformist, That I Won't Let You Label Me Non Conformist

hearing: She's So High - Tal Bachman (don't make fun of me! GRR!)
reading: The Invisible Man by H.G. Wells
feeling: content, tired, strong

So thats it? You finally see me for who I really am and dump me in the trash? I understand. It was only a matter of time. Maybe Im hurt, but Im more disappointed I guess. I brought it upon myself though.

OMFG!!!111!!! IM SO PUNK RAWK!!1111!!!

(brushes 1, brushes 2, brushes 3, brushes 4, brushes 5)

HEHE. There is nothing more fun than poking a little fun at empty trends. A half hearted pathetic attempt, but it was fun none the less.

The whole spark, were these awesome black fishnet armwarmers my dad bought me today. The clothing fad labeled "punk" is so ultra trendy. Fishnets, spikes, skulls, chains and grunge galore. Pink and black spattered together. So cute. So popular. Riiight. Well as for me, I'm sure I looked ULTRA POSUER when I picked out the armwarmers and gushed over them (in my earthy toned delicate feminine clothing and soft natural makeup), but does it matter? Really? I don't think so. I really like the fishnet armwarmers. Popular or not, I was going to buy a pair. I want them because I love them. Not because everyone else wants to wear them.

That's how everything should always be. Do, wear, and say what you want to, regardless of what everyone else does, wears, and says. If it falls into line with other people, awesome, if not, even more awesome.
